They start an investigation to find out who sent them. Then they find a paper and find out that they are one of the missing. Title: The Bully

Author: Paul Langan

Number Rating: 8

Review: The book, The Bully, was mainly about a teenage boy named Darrell Mercer. One day coming home from school he received horrible news from his mother that he couldn’t believe. He called his best friend, Malik, and told him he was no longer going to live in Philadelphia but in California. Once Darrell arrived to California he went for a walk to get some things off his chest. He met up with huge, buff guys that started picking on him as soon as they saw a scrawnylittle kid like Darrell. That scene revolved around Darrell’s freshman year. His first day of school was the worst day for him, so far. The guys that were picking on Darrell that other day were his associates at school, Bluford High.

Title: The Last Olympian

Author: Rick Riordan

Number Rating: 10

Review: So basically this book is about how the Great Prophecy is going to work its magic. Percy has trained for two long years to save Olympus from coming crashing down because of the Lord of Time, Kronos. Kronos is a tricky Titan so throughout the journey not only does Percy have to defeat Kronos’ army, but he has to do it without the help of the Gods. Percy and his camp mates must save Olympus, or die trying. Also, you will find out why Luke ran at such a young age  away and how the Oracle of Delphi is cursed. This book is filled with so much action, yet so many secrets are revealed, you will not want to put it down!

Title: Bud Not Buddy

Author: Christopher Paul Curtis

Number Rating: 9.5

Review:  During 1936 (Great Depression) a young boy named “Bud” lived in an orphanage in Flint, Michigan. One day he was sent to a foster family and it was a horrible experience for Bud, so he decides to run away. Bud runs away and tries to catch a train to Grand Rapids to find his so called “father”. This is an amazing fiction story that has a little romance for the girls, some action for the guys, and an awesome moral. I recommended this book to anyone who is willing to gasp out loud. (I did!)

Review: the book is about a girl that is abducted by aliens. She was taken to the planet “Smoo”. The aliens abducted her because she was a good leader. The king of planet Smoo was really sad because his son was kidnapped by Allya Rellapor . He was worried because he knew he was about to die and his son was going to be the next king but now that his son is kidnapped nobody is going to be the next king. Now akiko needs to find and rescue the prince. The book is awesome and cool but if you want to find out if the prince was saved you need to read the triology of akiko.
